► Shipping Information:
We will try to ship our orders the very next Business Day.
► Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies :
Guarantee of satisfaction: if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 10 days of the date you received the order, we will refund the purchase price.
Returns must be in new condition, we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee
► Unconfirmed Orders:
Often, we have to contact a customer in order to resolve a problem with verification of credit card information, or clarify some other billing or address issue. Please be advised that while we will always do our utmost to reach you by phone & e-mail, we simply cannot maintain orders in an unconfirmed state indefinitely. If we cannot contact you within 3 business days of receipt of your order, the order will be canceled, so please be sure to provide us with contact information that will enable us to reach you in timely fashion should the need arise.
► Shipping & Delivery Information:
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Normal processing can take 24-48 hours, and upon verification & approval, your merchandise is shipped out immediately.
Your shipping cost is base on weight size of package, we use USPS or Fedex to ship your orders depending on weight and distance, if you have any questions regarding an specific cost, please let us know via email or phone call.
Little Maggyg's Fun House uses convenient shipping methods for delivery within the continental United States. Please keep the following in mind when placing an order with us: Shipping times represent the time it normally takes your package to arrive from the day we actually send it out, not from the day you submit your order. Additionally, processing & shipping times do not include non-business days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays). Also, while we maintain a huge stock of all our products, it is wise to call for availability if your order is especially urgent.
► Shipments Made Outside The USA:
We are not responsible for, nor can we pre-determine, customs taxes and duties collectable at the receiving end. Customer is responsible for paying all such amounts as may be requested. Such amounts are not refundable in the event of merchandise being returned. In event that a shipment is refused and returned, any and all charges incurred from this return will be passed on to the customer.
► Payment Info:
Our Check Out process gives you the option to use Paypal, Google Check Out.
► Return Policy:
* Items are returnable within 10 days of receipt. Please read our conditions for returns.
* Items being returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
* Terms governing all returns are as follows:
1. Merchandise is returned in original mint condition, as shipped.
2. Merchandise is returned with all packaging, forms & papers intact, unaltered & not filled out.
3. Merchandise is returned within 10 days of receipt of package, with an authorized RMA# and return form properly filled out.
4. Please do not write or tape anything on the package as this may result in the refusal of the return or a charge for the packaging.
5. Damage in transit must be immediately reported by the customer to the carrier (i.e.: UPS).
6. In the event any of these conditions are not adhered to, we reserve the right to either refuse the return,or to charge a nominal restock fee of no less than 15%, depending on the condition of the returned merchandise.
7. An RA# does not guarantee final disposition, as all returns are subject to inspection.
8. Shipping and handling are not refundable, and the shipping cost of the returned item is the customer's responsibility.

Whenever you place an order with us, join our mailing list, respond to an online survey, or enter one of our competitions, you will be asked to provide contact information (e.g., name, address, e-mail address, etc.)

Providing contact information to Little Maggy's Fun House indicates your permission for us to occasionally e-mail you material about our company that we believe might interest you. You can always remove your name from our mailing list or edit the contact information we have on file at your discretion. To remove your name & other contact info completely, simply e-mail us at MagyAldana3@aol.com with the word "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
